Remote Commander

Sony RMT-VB201D Remote Commander is a handheld control for the UBP-X700 Ultra HD Blu-ray/DVD player. It provides a way to operate the player from your seat during film or disc playback.

This is the RMT-VB201D version, listed in Sony’s service manual under part number 1-493-122-11. The manual specifies it for UBP-X700 regional models AU2, CEK, E32, EA7, EC1, SP6 and IN5. It distinguishes this remote from the RMT-VB201U and RMT-VB400T variants, so the model suffix identifies the intended version.
