The WD Red SN700 NVMe SSD, WDS100T1R0C-68BDK0, is a 1TB solid-state drive designed for NAS caching and demanding network storage workloads. It can help keep shared, multi-user applications responsive, including virtualization, collaborative editing and intensive database storage.
The drive has an M.2 2280 S3-M form factor and connects over PCIe Gen3 x4. SanDisk specifies sequential read performance of 3430 MB/s and sequential write performance of 3000 MB/s for this capacity. It is tested for compatibility with many popular NAS systems.
