Ubiquiti UACC-OM-QSFP28-SR4 is a QSFP28 optical transceiver for connecting network equipment over multimode fiber. It supports data rates up to 100 Gbps, making it suitable for high bandwidth links where the connected equipment and fiber path support the required interface.

The module uses an MPO-12 Type B UPC connector and operates at 850 nm for both transmission and reception. It supports QSFP28 and QSFP+ interfaces. Ubiquiti specifies a reach of up to 100 m on OM4 fiber or 70 m on OM3 fiber, giving a clear reference for short range multimode connections.
