Ubiquiti UACC-OM-QSFP28-PSM4 is a 100G PSM4 optical transceiver for high-speed links over single-mode fiber. Its QSFP28 form factor fits supported QSFP28 and QSFP+ interfaces, while the 100 Gbps data rate provides a high-capacity connection for compatible network equipment.

The module uses an MPO-12 Type B APC connector and operates at 1310 nm for both transmission and reception. With OS2 single-mode fiber, the supported cable distance is up to 2 km; with OS1 fiber, it is limited to 500 m. Maximum power consumption is 3.5 W.
