The ViewSonic PS502W is a short-throw projector for business presentations and educational settings. Its WXGA native resolution of 1280 × 800 and 4,000 ANSI lumens are suited to showing presentations and other visual content in meeting rooms or classrooms.
With a 0.52 throw ratio, it can produce a large image over a relatively short projection distance. The manufacturer lists image sizes from 60 to 300 inches and notes that a 100-inch image can be projected from 1.3 m, which can help when room space is limited.
Two HDMI inputs make it possible to connect multiple video sources, while the USB Type-A output supplies 5 V/1.5 A for compatible HDMI wireless dongles. A built-in 16 W speaker provides audio for presentations. Standard accessories listed by ViewSonic include a power cord, VGA cable, remote control, quick start guide and lens cover.
