HP ProCurve Switch zl 1500W power supply J8713A provides AC power for a compatible ProCurve zl switch installation. It can be fitted in the switch chassis as the primary supply or as a redundant supply, giving the system another power source.
The unit can also be installed in a power supply shelf, where it can provide up to 900 W for PoE. Its specified input is 200–240 VAC at 50–60 Hz. HP lists J8713A as incompatible with the J9306A power supply, a distinction to keep in mind when matching components for a zl installation.
