The Chieftec Polaris PPS-550FC is a 550 W desktop power supply for a standard ATX system. It follows the ATX 12V 2.4 specification and has an 80 PLUS Gold efficiency rating.

Fully modular cable management lets you connect the listed cables separately. A 120 mm fan provides cooling, while the 140 × 150 × 87 mm housing (depth, width, height) is sized for an ATX build. The design uses an LLC half-bridge converter with DC-to-DC technology.

The cable set lists a 24-pin (20+4) motherboard lead, two 8-pin PCI-E (6+2) leads, two 8-pin EPS (4+4) leads, six SATA connectors, three MOLEX connectors and one FLOPPY connector. The AC input is rated at 100–240 V and 50–60 Hz, for use with compatible mains supplies.
