Phono to TosLink (Optical) &

Lindy 70309 Phono to TosLink (Optical) & Coaxial ADC converts stereo analogue audio from left/right RCA connections into digital audio for equipment with optical or coaxial inputs.

It supports uncompressed LPCM 2.0 audio up to 24-bit / 48 kHz. Female left/right Phono inputs connect the analogue source, while female TosLink optical and digital coaxial outputs provide two ways to connect the receiving equipment. Lindy says the outputs can be used individually or together.

Use it to connect analogue sources such as DVD players, VCRs or older-generation game consoles to a home theatre receiver or soundbar with digital audio inputs. The package includes the converter, a 1 m USB Type-A-to-DC cable and a Lindy manual.
