PCIe SATA III 6G mSATA NGFF

ProXtend PX-SR-10256 is a PCIe expansion card that adds connections for mSATA and SATA storage to a PC. It is intended for connecting compatible storage devices through the computer’s PCIe interface.

The card uses an ASMedia ASM1061 controller and supports SATA 3.0 transfer speeds of up to 6 Gbps. Its connections comprise one internal mSATA port and one internal SATA port, for use with HDDs, SSDs and other storage devices.

The host interface is PCIe 2.0, and the card supports backward compatibility with SATA 2.0 and SATA 1.0. This lets the card work with devices using those earlier SATA standards.
