The MicroConnect MC-PCIEX4-I226-T4 is a network card that adds four wired Ethernet connections to a PC through a PCIe slot. Its Intel I226 chipset supports multi-gigabit networking for workstation and server setups.
The four RJ45 ports support 2.5G, 1G and 100 Mbps Ethernet speeds, allowing the card to connect to networks with different link rates. It uses a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface to connect to the computer.
The manufacturer lists Windows 10 and 11 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, along with Windows Server 2022 and 2025, as compatible operating systems. In the box: a user manual, driver CD and low-profile bracket.
