The Evoko Naso Room Manager is a room scheduling display for finding and booking available meeting space. Placed outside a collaboration space, it gives people a way to see room status and manage bookings at the room entrance.

The touchscreen interface lets users interact with the booking display, while vivid colours make it easier to see whether a room is booked or available. The system integrates with Microsoft O365 and Outlook calendars, helping keep room bookings in sync with the displays.
