Multi-mode 100Mbps SFP fiber

PLANET MFB-FX is an SFP transceiver for connecting equipment over a 100Base-FX Fast Ethernet fiber link. It is intended for multimode fiber and uses an LC connector.

The module operates at 1310 nm and supports a maximum link distance of 2 km. Its specified operating temperature range is 0–60 °C, making it suited to installations within that range.

The MFB family is intended for PLANET switches and media converters equipped with a 100Base-FX SFP interface. Its modules are hot-pluggable and hot-swappable, so they can be inserted or removed from an SFP port without switching off the host device.
