Samsung Portable SSD T9 MU-PG4T0B/EU is a black external solid-state drive for carrying files between compatible devices and keeping a large working library close at hand. Its 4 TB capacity provides space for projects, media and backups in a compact portable format.
The drive connects over USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 and offers sequential read and write speeds of up to 2,000 MB/s. Those are maximum speeds; the host device, cable and UASP support affect actual performance. It weighs 122 g and measures 88 × 60 × 14 mm, making it easy to pack with a laptop or camera kit.
Samsung lists compatibility with PCs, Macs, Android devices, game consoles and 12K cameras. The enclosure is specified for drops from up to 3 m in Samsung's internal test. AES 256-bit hardware encryption with password protection is available for stored data.
In the box: USB Type-C to Type-C cable and USB Type-C to Type-A cable.
