The GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS ELITE AX is an ATX motherboard for desktop PC builds with an LGA1700 processor. Its Intel Z790 Express chipset supports 12th, 13th and 14th Generation Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron processors.
Four DDR5 DIMM sockets accommodate up to 256 GB of system memory. For a graphics card and other expansion cards, there is one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots operating at x4. Four M.2 sockets and six SATA 6 Gb/s connectors provide options for connecting storage.
