The Vivolink VLTOOL1 Mini HDMI Signal Generator is a compact tool for generating and checking HDMI signals during AV installation and troubleshooting. It also works as a display emulator, combining two useful test functions in one device.
As a signal generator, it outputs test video up to 4K at 60 Hz with 4:4:4. It also supports 4K at 30 Hz and 1080p at 60 Hz, helping technicians check signal paths across common display formats.
In analyzer mode, LED indicators report 5 V, TMDS and HDCP status. A four-pin DIP switch selects HDCP 1.4, HDCP 2.2 or HDCP off, making it possible to test different content protection settings. This makes the VLTOOL1 useful for AV installation, fault finding and system checks.
