The VALUE Mini DisplayPort to HDTV cable, 11.99.5792, connects a Mini DisplayPort source to an HDTV display with an HDTV/HDMI input. It carries both video and audio, making it useful for sending a computer’s picture and sound to a television or other compatible screen.

The 3 m cable has a male Mini DisplayPort connector at one end and a male HDTV connector at the other. It works in one direction: connect the Mini DisplayPort end to the source device and the HDTV end to the display.

For video, the data sheet lists DisplayPort v1.1 and resolutions up to 1920 × 1080 or 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz. The cable is screened.
