AXIS M4228-LVE (02816-001) is a compact dome network camera for video surveillance, with 8 MP resolution and video up to 3840 × 2160. Its varifocal lens supports remote zoom and focus, so the field of view can be adjusted for a closer view or a wider overview.
Lightfinder 2.0, Forensic WDR and OptimizedIR support imaging in challenging light. Built-in infrared illumination reaches 20 m or more depending on the scene. Preinstalled AXIS Object Analytics can detect, classify, track and count people and vehicles; AXIS Audio Analytics handles sound detection and classification.
The camera is rated IP66 and IK10 and operates from −30 °C to 50 °C. In the box: camera, weathershield, installation guide, connector guard, cable gaskets and owner authentication key.
