LS1005G network switch
TP-Link LS1005G is an unmanaged desktop switch for adding wired network connections to a home or small office. Its five RJ45 ports support 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, with auto-negotiation and Auto-MDI/MDIX to adapt port operation to connected devices and cabling.
A 10 Gbps switching capacity and 7.4 Mpps forwarding rate support traffic across the switch, while 16 KB jumbo-frame support accommodates larger Ethernet frames. Store-and-forward transmission and IEEE 802.3x flow control are also supported.
The plastic, fanless housing can sit on a desktop or be mounted on a wall. TP-Link lists computers, printers, webcams and IPTV devices as examples of networked equipment for home, dormitory, surveillance and small-business setups.
