Lenovo 02HM297 C-Cover with Portuguese keyboard is a replacement upper cover assembly for the ThinkPad T490s, combining the cover and keyboard in one part. It is identified for the T490s, with a Portuguese keyboard layout.

The keyboard is backlit, making the keys visible in dim surroundings. The assembly also includes an FPR and has a black finish. These details distinguish this specific configuration from other C-Cover keyboard variants.
