The Belkin F1DN004MOD-KM-4 is a modular secure keyboard-and-mouse switch for operating up to four host computers with one keyboard and mouse. Its remote control lets the operator select a computer while keeping the switch itself out of the way.
Dedicated processors and peripheral emulators serve each port. Isolated port paths and unidirectional optical data paths support controlled peripheral sharing between computers. USB connections serve the hosts, keyboard and mouse.
The cast-aluminium enclosure can sit on a desk or be mounted remotely. In the box are four Belkin F1DN1MOD-USB-06 KM USB cables, a four-channel remote, a 12 V, 2.5 A universal power supply with worldwide adapters, port naming and enclave-colour labels, plus a quick-start guide and compliance documentation.
