ASRock Z890 Pro-A is an ATX motherboard with the Intel Z890 chipset and LGA1851 socket for desktop systems using Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors.
Four DDR5 DIMM slots support dual-channel memory and up to 256 GB of system memory. The expansion slots include one PCIe 5.0 x16, two PCIe 4.0 x4 and one PCIe 4.0 x1, giving room for compatible add-in cards.
For storage, there are three M.2 sockets for PCIe SSDs, a fourth M.2 socket for SATA or PCIe drives, and four SATA3 connectors. Rear connections include Thunderbolt 4/USB4 Type-C at up to 40 Gb/s, another USB-C port at up to 20 Gb/s, HDMI, DisplayPort 1.4 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet. The board measures 30.5 × 24.4 cm and follows the ATX form factor.
