The Makita BL1850B is a slide-style lithium-ion battery for compatible Makita cordless tools in the 18V LXT system. Its 18V rating and 5.0 Ah capacity provide a replaceable power source for supported tools.

An integrated LED indicator lets you check the battery’s charge level. Makita lists a full charging time of 45 minutes or less, helping reduce time spent waiting between uses.

Compatibility is limited to Makita 18V lithium-ion tools with Star Protection, marked by the Star Symbol or a yellow battery receiver. Built-in Star Protection controls monitor operation and help protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating.
