IMPACT SC 30 USB ML

The EPOS IMPACT SC 30 USB ML (MPN 1000550) is a wired, single-sided headset that connects to a PC or softphone over USB. Its headband design weighs 42 g, making it a compact choice for calls at a desk and unified communications work.

The noise-cancelling microphone sits on a flexible boom that can be positioned for speech. EPOS Voice technology is specified for clear, natural voice transmission, while soft acoustic foam ear pads provide the listening interface. The in-line control unit lets you answer or end calls, adjust volume and mute the microphone.

The headset is optimized for unified communications and certified for Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Enreach. Microsoft Teams certification requires EPOS Connect, so check this requirement when using the headset with Teams.
