The Ricoh IM C300 (418559) is a colour laser multifunction printer for A4 document workflows, combining printing, copying and scanning in one device. Ricoh also identifies the model as a multifunction copier, printer, scanner and fax product.

It prints at up to 1200 × 1200 dpi and a listed rate of 30 pages per minute on A4. Colour output supports documents that include charts and other coloured content, while duplex printing, copying and scanning handle two-sided work.

A touchscreen colour display provides device controls. The scanner combines a flatbed with an automatic document feeder, and the listed standard paper input is 250 sheets. An optional configuration can expand input capacity to 2000 sheets.
