HPE SPARE SSD 1.92TB SFF SATA RI MV BC

The HPE P40499-B21 is a 1.92 TB SATA solid-state drive for server storage environments. It belongs to HPE’s Read Intensive SFF BC Multi Vendor range and is intended for workloads where frequent data retrieval is more important than sustained heavy writing. The drive uses a SATA interface supporting 6 Gb/s and is specified for HPE Compute Mainstream Platforms. This model is supplied with a Basic Carrier and supports hot-plug installation. Its 7 mm height and SFF form factor are suited to compatible compact server drive bays. At 4KiB and Q=16, the specified random performance reaches 55,500 read IOPS and 24,000 write IOPS. Maximum figures are 56,000 read IOPS for reading and 25,000 write IOPS at Q32. The endurance rating is 0.8 DWPD, with listed power of 3.53 W. HPE specifies a 3-year warranty.
