The HPE P40504-B21 is a 1.92 TB SATA solid-state drive for server storage. It belongs to HPE’s SATA Mixed Use family, with a 6 Gb/s SATA interface and small form factor (SFF), for compatible HPE Compute Mainstream Platforms.

Supplied in a Basic Carrier, the drive supports hot-plug installation. Its 7 mm height and 4.1 W rated power are specified for the drive itself. The mixed-use design suits workloads that combine reading and writing.
