hot-plug SSD 480GB 2.5Inch SFF

HPE 817106-001 is a 480GB hot-plug solid-state drive for server storage. Its SATA interface provides a 6Gb/sec data-transfer rate, for use with systems built around SATA storage.

The 2.5-inch SFF format fits server configurations designed for that drive size. Its Mixed Use-3 (MU-3) classification identifies it for mixed-use server workloads. Hot-plug support lets the drive be replaced in compatible server configurations.

Supplied in an HPE Smart Carrier, the drive also supports power-loss protection. HPE lists it for use with Gen8 servers and beyond. With 480GB capacity and SATA connectivity, it is intended for server data storage and mixed-use workloads.
