Brodit 753168 is an active holder with a spring lock for keeping a compatible tablet in place while making it accessible in a vehicle. The locking mechanism helps retain the device in the holder.
The joint tilts by 17° and rotates by 360°, so the viewing angle can be adjusted and the tablet turned between portrait and landscape orientation. The mounting plate measures 42 × 50 mm and has 4 mm AMPS holes.
Power can be connected through the included USB cable to a vehicle USB port, or through the included cigarette lighter adapter to a 12/24V vehicle socket. The adapter has two USB ports, rated QC 3.0A and 2.4A. The manufacturer lists compatibility with Apple iPad 10.2, 7th, 8th and 9th generations: A2197, A2198, A2200, A2428, A2429, A2430, A2270, A2602, A2603, A2604 and A2605.
