HDMI over IP/PoE Receiver

Vivolink VLHDMIEXT3-R is an IP/PoE HDMI receiver for extending a video and audio signal from the matching VLHDMIEXT3-T transmitter. It also passes IR control, making it suitable for AV setups where the display is placed away from the source.

The link uses a single Cat 6 cable and supports up to 150 m transmission distance at 1920 × 1080, 60 Hz. For larger installations, a gigabit switch can connect as many as 253 receivers to one transmitter; each receiver uses 18 Mbit/s of bandwidth.

Power can be supplied over PoE or through the included USB-C to USB-A cable. The receiver supports HDCP 1.4 and IR pass-through, and the listed package contents include an IR receiver. It is intended for use with VLHDMIEXT3-T and is not compatible with HDBaseT receivers. Example applications include private AV installations and information displays in shops or offices.
