MikroTik GPEN21 is a smart PoE injector and software-controlled repeater for network uplinks, combining power delivery and network management in one device.
Its Ethernet and SFP ports support copper or fiber connections. It can power an optical module for a provider uplink or provide PoE for an Ethernet uplink, allowing different connection arrangements.
Interface monitoring, GPEN link fault detection, VLAN support, SNMP reporting and basic traffic shaping help manage network connections and traffic. The unit can be mounted on a wall or in a communications cabinet, with the Ethernet cable routed through the bottom opening or into the wall.
