The non-ECC, unbuffered 1Rx8 DIMMs have heat spreaders. The rated profile is DDR5-6000 with CL36-44-44 timing at 1.35V; the SPD default is DDR5-4800 CL40-39-39 at 1.1V. These settings help match the memory profile to a compatible system.

Support for AMD EXPO v1.1 and Intel XMP 3.0 lets the kit use either supported profile. Each module measures 133.35 mm long and 42.23 mm high with its heat spreader, useful to check against the space available in a build.
