HPE 660093-001 FL capacitor cable is a capacitor pack assembly for Smart Array storage controllers. Its 914 mm (36-inch) cable connects the pack in the server, while the capacitor provides backup power to a Flash-Backed Write Cache (FBWC) memory module if system power fails.

HPE documentation states that the pack can support the FBWC module for up to 80 seconds during a power failure. This brief reserve is intended to help preserve cached write data while the system loses power. The part is designed for Smart Array controller use.
