Fi-8040 Adf + Manual Feed

Ricoh fi-8040 (PA03836-B001) is a duplex document scanner for everyday office digitisation, with both an automatic document feeder and manual-feed scanning. The two feed options make it practical to handle batches as well as documents that are better scanned individually.

For A4 portrait documents, the scanner reaches 40 pages per minute in simplex or 80 images per minute in duplex at 200/300 dpi. Its ADF holds up to 50 sheets of A4 80 g/m² paper, helping process a stack of documents in one run.

A 4.3-inch touchscreen supports direct operation: the fi-8040 can scan without a connected PC, send scans by email, or save them to network folders. Connectivity includes USB 3.2, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and USB 1.1, alongside Ethernet.
