Seagate Expansion desktop drive STKP4000400 adds 4 TB of storage for a PC or Mac. Use it to keep a growing collection of files together or free space on a computer’s internal drive.

The drive connects through USB 3.0. Seagate describes setup as straightforward: connect the included power supply and USB cable, then save files by dragging and dropping. The datasheet says the drive is automatically recognised by Windows or Mac, with no software to install or configuration to do.

The specified system requirements are Windows 10 or later, or Mac OS X 10.12 or later. Package contents: the drive, an 18-inch USB 3.0 cable, an 18W power adapter, a quick start guide and Rescue Data Recovery Services. The service is not available in every country.
