The Lindy 32118 DisplayPort 1.4 EDID Emulator keeps display identification data available in AV setups where a continuous EDID signal is needed, including systems using KVMs, extenders, splitters or switches.
It can clone EDID data from a display or use preset resolutions and timings. Its headless mode simulates a display connection without a monitor attached. The adapter supports resolutions up to 7680×4320 at 30 Hz and HDR.
It connects through a DisplayPort male input and female output and draws power from the DisplayPort source. The package includes the emulator and a Lindy manual.
