The ProXtend DP1.2-DVI241-003 is a 3 m cable for connecting a device with a DisplayPort output to a display with a DVI-D input. It uses the DisplayPort 1.2 to DVI-D 24+1 connection format to carry video data between compatible equipment.
Both ends are straight male plugs. The cable has copper conductors, a PVC outer jacket and 3 shielding layers. A latch on the DisplayPort connector helps hold that end of the connection in place.
Its 3 m length provides reach between the device and display, giving flexibility in where the connected equipment is positioned.
