AXIS D2122-VE Radar White (03124-001) is an area-monitoring radar for surveillance installations. It detects across a 180° horizontal field and uses AI-powered classification to distinguish people, vehicles and unknown objects.
For the area-monitoring profile, the datasheet specifies recognition at up to 140 m for people and up to 200 m for vehicles, measured at a mounting height of 5 m. Multiple detection zones and line-crossing detection help define the areas and boundaries that trigger events.
The radar can operate on its own or integrate with selected ARTPEC-9 PTZ cameras for radar-video fusion. It can also trigger actions on other devices, including camera recording or a strobe siren.
