COVER, FINDER

Canon COVER, FINDER YN5-0402-000 is a viewfinder cover spare part for compatible Canon cameras. It fits over an optical viewfinder, providing a simple way to cover it when the camera is stored or when the viewfinder is not in use.

The cover helps shield the viewfinder from dust, moisture and unwanted stray light. This can be useful both during storage and in situations where light entering the viewfinder is undesirable. The listing describes the part for optical viewfinders, rather than electronic viewfinders.

It is fitted over the guides around the viewfinder and can be removed when needed. Compatibility is specified only for Canon camera models that support part number YN5-0402-000.
