Computer Cooling System

Supermicro SNK-P0063AP4 is an active CPU heatsink for 2U server cooling. It is designed for AMD EPYC 7000 and 7002 series processors on OLGA4094 (Socket SP3), and Supermicro specifies it for H11/H12 generation 2U-and-above servers.

The cooler supports processors with a TDP of up to 180 W. Its attached fan uses 4-pin PWM speed control and is rated at 12.0 VDC and 8,400 RPM. The fan measures 60 × 60 × 25 mm, giving the assembly a defined footprint for server cooling configurations.
