The Cisco CBS220-24FP-4G-EU is a managed Layer 2 switch for connecting wired devices and powering compatible equipment over Ethernet. It provides 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports for network connections and four Gigabit SFP uplinks for fiber or other supported SFP links.
PoE is available across all 24 RJ-45 ports. The switch has a 382 W PoE budget, supports 802.3af and 802.3at PoE+ as well as Cisco pre-standard PoE, and delivers up to 30 W per port within the overall budget. This lets network devices that support PoE receive both data and power through their Ethernet connection.
For traffic handling, the model offers 56 Gbps switching capacity and a forwarding rate of 41.66 million packets per second with 64-byte packets. Layer 2 tools include VLANs, link aggregation and spanning tree protocols for organizing network traffic and connections. Its dimensions are 440 × 257 × 44 mm, and it has an internal 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz power supply.
