The MicroConnect SFTP702Y is a yellow 2 m Cat7 S/FTP network patch cable for wired connections between network devices. Male RJ-45 connectors at both ends make it suitable for linking equipment directly.

With S/FTP shielding and a rating of up to 600 MHz, it can connect devices such as a switch, modem or router. The LSZH jacket is specified as low smoke zero halogen. Snagless boots provide kink protection, strain relief and latch protection around the connectors when routing the cable.

Use it to link network equipment through a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. The manufacturer lists it for small office and home networks and entertainment setups, with compatibility stated for Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 cabling.
