Bright Screen Privacy Filter

The 3M Bright Screen Privacy Filter (3M ID 98044302093) is designed for a full-screen laptop display measuring 15.6 inches with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Manufacturer part number: BP156W9E. It limits the visibility of on-screen information to people looking from the side, which can be useful when working near others.

The filter uses 3M Nanolouver technology. Its average transmission is 85% of display brightness, and the privacy blackout applies beyond a 60-degree viewing angle. The front view remains available while visibility from the sides is reduced.

It also helps reduce blue light without distorting the display’s natural colours. The stated size and aspect ratio identify the laptop screen format it is designed for.
