The ASUS PRIME B550M-K is a micro-ATX motherboard for building a desktop PC with an AMD Socket AM4 processor and AMD B550 chipset. ASUS lists support for 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen processors.

Four DDR4 DIMM slots support dual-channel memory and up to 128 GB. Two M.2 slots and four SATA 6 Gb/s ports provide storage connections. The first M.2 slot supports PCIe 4.0 x4 and SATA modes; the second supports PCIe 3.0 x4 and SATA modes.

For expansion, there is one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. Realtek RTL8111H 1 Gb Ethernet and HDMI 2.1, DVI-D and D-Sub display connections are also included. At 24.4 × 24.4 cm, its dimensions suit the micro-ATX format.
