Access Reader G2

Ubiquiti G2 Reader UA-G2 is a UniFi Access reader for controlled door entry. It supports presenting an NFC card or keyfob, mobile unlocking, and a handwave request to exit, giving users several ways to interact with an access-controlled door.

The reader connects through BLE 4.1, NFC and a 10/100 MbE RJ45 port, and can be powered by PoE. Its polycarbonate and glass enclosure pairs with an aluminum alloy mounting plate. At 93 × 40 × 36.5 mm, it is a compact unit for an access point at a doorway.

With an IP55 rating and specification for indoor and outdoor use, the reader suits installations in either setting. It can be mounted in-wall or in a gang box; the gang box is included, while a junction box is optional.
