Ubiquiti UACC-AE Media Converter connects a fiber uplink to copper Ethernet, allowing wireless equipment without an SFP port to use fiber connections up to 1 Gbps.
The converter has one 1G SFP port and one GbE RJ45 port for fiber-to-Ethernet conversion. It is designed for indoor use and can provide fiber connectivity to PoE devices.
Power is supplied by passive 24 V PoE. The supported voltage range is 16–57 V, with maximum power consumption of 1.5 W. Its UV-stabilized polycarbonate enclosure measures 76.5 × 76.5 × 26.8 mm and weighs 70 g.
