The Philips 499P9H/00 is a 32:9 SuperWide curved monitor designed to provide the workspace of two 27-inch 16:9 screens in one display. Its 48.8-inch (124 cm) VA LCD panel delivers a 5120 × 1440 resolution at up to 70 Hz, making it suitable for wide documents, timelines, data tables and multitasking without a central bezel. The screen uses W-LED backlighting, 450 cd/m² brightness, a typical 3000:1 contrast ratio and a 5 ms response time. The 1800R curvature, 178° viewing angles, anti-glare 2H Haze 25% coating, Adaptive Sync and DisplayHDR 400 support are intended for office work, multimedia and compatible gaming systems. Connectivity includes DisplayPort 1.4 × 1, HDMI 2.0b × 2 and USB-C × 1 with up to 90 W power delivery. The integrated dock adds RJ45 Ethernet up to 1 Gbit/s, USB 3.2 Gen 2, one USB-B upstream port and three USB-A downstream ports. MultiClient KVM can control two PCs, while MultiView provides PBP for two devices. A pop-up 2.0-megapixel FHD webcam with microphone, 5 W × 2 speakers and a height-, swivel- and tilt-adjustable stand are built in. The package contains HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-A–B, USB-C–C and power cables.
