StarTech.com 2769A-PRIVACY-SCREEN is a hanging acrylic privacy filter for widescreen monitors up to 27 inches with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It helps keep on-screen information less visible to people viewing from the sides.
Its stated viewing angle is 60 degrees, or ±30 degrees from the centre. The filter measures 24.1 × 14 inches (61.3 × 35.6 cm), has a glossy finish and a coating resistant to scratches and fingerprints. Light transmittance is 65%, and the filter blocks blue light in the 380–480 nm range.
The filter hangs from the top edge of the monitor and can be removed when needed. Silicone bumpers help hold it in place and keep the acrylic frame from touching the display.
Package contents: acrylic hanging privacy filter, wiping cloth, 6 silicone bumpers and quick-start guide.
