The Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 is a touchscreen scheduling panel for meeting rooms. It lets people view meeting details and reserve a room at the panel, making it useful at the entrance to a shared meeting space.

The panel runs Android 13 and supports Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 5 and NFC/RFID. Its full-RGB LED bars show room availability at a glance; the displayed colors can vary by platform.

For installation, included brackets and tape support adjustable-angle mounting on surfaces such as concrete, glass and wood. The panel supports both PoE and DC power, providing two power options for a room setup.
