1TB BLACK NVME SSD M.2 PCIE

The Western Digital WD_BLACK SN850X WDS100T2X0E is a 1 TB internal NVMe SSD for installation in a computer with a compatible M.2 slot. It is supplied without a heatsink.

Using PCIe Gen4 with up to 4 lanes and SanDisk TLC 3D NAND, it comes in the M.2 2280 format with an M-key connector. For this 1 TB version, sequential speeds are rated up to 7,300 MB/s read and 6,300 MB/s write.

The drive measures 80 × 22 × 2.38 mm and weighs 7.5 g ± 1 g. Compatibility requires a computer with an M.2 M-key port that accepts the 2280 form factor. It also supports the listed PCIe Gen3 and Gen2 configurations, allowing use with those supported generations.
