StarTech.com SPSMLCSC-OS2-1M is a 1 m (3.3 ft) single-mode fiber patch cable for connecting equipment with LC and SC fiber ports. Its simplex design carries a single fiber and supports single-fiber links between network devices.

The cable uses OS2 9/125 fiber and UPC-polished LC and SC connectors. It supports wavelengths from 1260 to 1625 nm and is specified for data rates up to 100 Gbps, including 40/100 Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel applications. The manufacturer also lists simplex patch panels, SFP transceivers and fiber NICs as connection applications, and states backward compatibility with OS1 networks.

Its 2 mm cable has an LSZH jacket. The package contains one LC-to-SC single-mode fiber cable and one test report.
